Let's talk about what we usually don't talk about.

The Mind is a mental health podcast creating a safe, informed and compassionate space for conversations about mental health, stigma, healing and hope in Nepal.

Why The Mind exists

Mental health deserves a conversation.

Mental health remains highly stigmatized and misunderstood in Nepal. Many people experience depression, anxiety, trauma, substance-use problems, workplace stress, migration-related challenges and other mental health concerns without receiving the understanding or support they need.

The Mind was created from personal experience, quiet observation, and a simple wish: to make conversations around mental health more open, informed and compassionate.

Let's make mental health something we can talk about.

One conversation can challenge a misconception. One story can make someone feel less alone. One question can start a journey toward help.
